Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products purchased from KAY.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier service used.

Currently, KAY provides shipping within Egypt only. International shipping may be introduced at a later stage and will be communicated accordingly. Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

KAY shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond KAY’s reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address.
