Refund policy

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, KAY guarantees the consumer’s right to return or exchange products only in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

KAY does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or personal taste. All sales are final once the order is confirmed.

In the event of a defect, the customer must notify KAY within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide sufficient evidence of the defect. Upon verification, KAY will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable law.

All delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges full responsibility for all delivery charges, regardless of order completion, cancellation requests, or return eligibility.

Products returned must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

KAY reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy or with applicable Egyptian law.
